From Spacent Lippulaiva you can book yourself a desk in a cozy and functional workspace. Use phone booths for calls and meetings and even book a meeting space for gatherings (not very private ones though, since it is not sound proof).
There is a separate kitchenett and toilet. When you arrive to the Spacent space and after the meeting room turn right, behind glass door you will find another door on the right-hand side where you can find both kitchenette and the toilet.
