In the property there is one of the world's largest padel halls - Every Padel Åby Arena, four-star Åby Hotel with 223 hotel rooms, a newly built Friskis & Svettis, restaurant, conference facility and Åby race track.  In the immediate area there are also Åby Simhall, Mölndals Galleria as well as restaurants and cafes.

Arrival and parking
Outside the property there is a spacious car park which also has charging stations for electric cars. First Office Åby Arena has good bus connections with bus 753, 751 and 25 which circulate nearby.
