Astra Campus: Blue Economy Centre

Astra Campus is a place for business and science to meet. Astra Campus houses Åbo Akademi and a Blue Economy centre with several parties, focusing on developing the blue economy. This unique hub creates opportunities for new collaborations to emerge. The Blue Economy Centre will also offer companies flexible workspaces in collaboration with Spacent.

Location

Astra Campus is located right by the Aura River, behind the Turku Cathedral. Close by you can find fantastic restaurants like Grädda and Fabbe's cafe. There is also a restaurant inside the Astra building.

Arrival

The closest bus stops are Tuomiokirkkotori and Akatemiantalo. You can also arrive by car or bicycle.
The Blue Economy Centre is located on the 4th floor. Please enter the building from Porthaninkatu (1st floor) and take the elevator to the 4th floor.
The Centre is situated on the Henrikinkatu side of the building (not Piispankatu). The space is divided in two, so you’ll need to enter the staircase in the middle of the building, facing Porthaninkatu.
