We believe that the biggest positive impact we can have on our planet and our lives is to rethink the way we use the space we have already built. If we can do this, we can change the way that organisations and individuals use space for the better (and transform the real estate business at the same time).

Spacent is a Finnish privately owned prop-tech company, operating with funding from investment partners.

Spacent was launched in 2019 based on 10 years of research projects at Aalto University, MIT and Tongji University into the distributed workplace model and methods.
