Werstas consists of three buildings located in Kupittaa, Turku: DataCity, PharmaCity and ElectroCity. Within these buildings, there are coworking spaces, meeting rooms, quiet work rooms, phone booths, offices, and event cafés available for Werstas Members. Previously Werstas reservations were made through the Werstas online shop, but now the users can find and book the spaces directly from the Spacent App.

The App also displays the real-time situation of the usage quotas for different space types included in the users’ membership agreement making it even easier for Werstas clients to follow and manage their usage. In addition, Werstas clients are now able to share their reservations straight from the App to the other employees of their companies. Spacent also developed a custom view into the App specifically for Werstas users in order to feature the Werstas brand into the new platform. “Getting started with Spacent has been a very smooth process,” Leena Puodinketo, the service manager of Turku Technology Properties states.
Thanks to the collaboration, the Spacent network is also getting new additions into the Turku region as Turku Technology Properties will provide a total of six meeting rooms of different sizes for all Spacent users.
