Its history spanning over three centuries, this charming wooden edifice stands as a testament to national heritage, skillfully blending the richness of history with contemporary design.</p>

<p>Āgenskalns is a neighbourhood in Riga known for its wooden architecture as well as the green and creative environment. In recent years Āgenskalns has become the go-to place to live and work for the local creative community.</p>
<p>Located close to the centre of Riga on the left coast of Daugava river, it is easily accessible by public transport, car, bicycle and by foot.</p>
