When does my membership start?
After buying the membership, You and Your team can log in to Spacent App right away and start making the most of the spaces.
How do I book workplaces?
All bookings can be done from Spacent App (available for iOS and Android). All meeting room prices are available in the app before making a booking.
How much does it cost?
Teams up to 10 employees can join the Spacent network for 3495 kr/person/month (+ VAT 25%) with Dedicated Membership. Monthly membership fee covers all available hot desks, and meeting rooms can be booked and paid per use. For larger teams, we'll be happy to customise a Corporate Membership licence for you. What is the difference between Dedicated and Corporate Membership?
Dedicated Membership is a personal membership, dedicated to one person or a team member. Corporate Membership is not tied to a specific employee - your whole organisation can use the Corporate Membership.
Is the use of Corporate Membership limited in some way?
The number of Corporate Memberships determines the amount of your daily workspace accesses. This will form your monthly quota and will be evened in monthly basis. We'll inform you when you are close to hitting the limit on your monthly quota - and take it up a notch if you'd like!
