With the Spacent Membership and App, employers can offer their teams and employees instant access to workspaces near where they live, meet or travel. Furthermore, enterprise customers use our proprietary AI powered simulation tools to optimise and future-proof their HQ and hybrid workplaces. Our space management portal and mobile app enable occupiers to dynamically manage, analyse and adjust their space resources as their business requirements evolve.

 

We have a scalable and proven technology platform, with experience of expanding into new markets. We are already live in Finland, Sweden and Canada, and soon launching in the UK and several other markets. This is why we need you.

Your role

 

You will be our first hire in the UK as we’re starting out in Greater London. You will be working directly with the founders to rapidly expand our market presence in the UK on the back of our successful rollouts in other markets. Customer demand is a driver of our geographic expansion, and your role will be central in building the London based team and developing key customer relationships in the UK market.

 

Country Managers are an integral part of our sales team, responsible for outbound sales to larger enterprise occupier clients. You will apply modern tools for sales and be part of the global marketing team that has successfully delivered growth in our existing markets.

 

We are selling a hybrid workplace solution which as a concept is new to many of our clients, yet something that everyone is thinking about right now. Hence, you will be one of the pioneers in this fast-growing market, and your skills and ability to simplify a potentially complex message is crucial. We are already operating in multiple countries, often working with global customers, and hence we can provide a toolkit of proven methods for new markets as well.

What we are looking for:

  • B.Sc. or higher university degree

  • Ambition, energy and persistency for making an impact and achieving targets

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience working in sales or account management for large corporate customers

  • Previous experience with demanding clients in real estate, human resources and corporate finance functions

  • Ambition to grow new talent for the team

  • Strong communicational skills both internally and towards clients

  • Ability to create customer commitment and expertise in closing sales

  • Familiarity with sales tools and growth hackers

  • Ability to take care of customer relationships and boost sales within accounts

  • Urge to develop your skills and accelerate your learning and personal development

 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Launching the Spacent service in U.K.

  • Selling Spacent solution to corporate and space provider clients in the UK

  • Improving our sales and customer experience processes

  • Managing customer relationships from initiation to operational stage

  • Overseeing client onboarding and customer satisfaction

  • Being part of our global sales team, including inbound and outbound marketing

  • Supporting content creation for outbound marketing

  • Supporting our expansion playbook refinement for new markets

  • Feeding customer insights to our inhouse tech development team
