What are we doing?

 

Spacent provides on-demand “Work From Anywhere” space for occupiers. Spacent Membership makes the whole city your office. We have a scalable technology and playbooks to expand to new markets fast in the coming 18 months. We are already live in Finland, Sweden and Canada.

 

Occupiers use our simulation tools to customise their dynamic workplace portfolio. They manage their space using our management portal and mobile app. Spacent brings an income boost to suppliers of space, and lower occupancy costs to occupiers.

 

What is your role?

 

You will be our second hire in the Swedish market and will be joining our Swedish Managing Director, collaborating with the Commercial team in Finland on a daily basis. As a Client Success Manager you will be working tightly together with sales to improve the customer experience with the goal of retaining customers, reducing churn, increasing customer loyalty and proactively develop and manage customer portfolios. In this role you are expected to help the sales team to close deals, demonstrate the value of our service to the clients and onboarding them, both of our occupier and host clients.  

 

We are selling a product that is new to most of our clients, so good communicational skills and ability to simplify a complex message is crucial. Also understanding the clients’ needs in order for them to extract the most of value from our service will be crucial in this role. We are already working on three continents and we can provide opportunities to expand battletested methods in new markets as well.

What we are looking for:

  • Ambition and attitude for making an impact

  • 1-5 years of experience working with customers or account management

  • SaaS or technical skills and understanding for the real estate sector is an advantage

  • Persistent attitude towards achieving your targets

  • Self-driven and proactive nature towards developing both client relationships and internal processes

  • Understanding and experience of project management

  • You learn fast and are transparent in your work

  • Good communicational skills both internally and towards clients

  • Ability to create customer commitment and helping in closing sales

  • Taking care of customer relationships and boosting sales within accounts 

  • Urge to develop your skills and expand your view of the work

  • Fluency in Swedish and English

 

What you will do:

  • Contribute to sales especially for our Host customers and help close deals together with our sales team

  • You will proactively engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base

  • You will manage Spacent Host network in Sweden and create partnerships and content to support our marketing team

  • If opportunity arise you will also initiate a host roll out in Denmark and Norway with the support from HQ

  • Managing existing client relationships as well as onboarding and training new clients

  • Hold product demonstrations for the clients and help them take full advantage of Spacent Services

  • Supporting content creation for outbound marketing

  • Provide customer insights for tech development team/product development
