Spacent coworking membership or own office? Solution: both.

Bridge Impact

Spacent’s service enables Bridge Impact’s experts a flexible way of serving customers in the most convenient locations and in a professional environment, while supporting team collaboration through a fixed and compact office space. Spacent coworking membership or own office? With Spacent, Bridge Impact got the best of both worlds.

“Two weeks after the first call we had the contracts signed, the move to new premises underway and the Spacent App running.”

Bridge Impact is Finland’s first capability company. Bridge Impact’s experts have lead companies themselves and also recruited hundreds of talents for key positions. Bridge Impact’s view is that the capabilities of personnel is the most decisive factor both in achieving performance targets and in carrying out strategic change processes.

Bridge Impact used to be located in an office space of about 200 m2 but during the pandemic, the use of the office decreased significantly. Bridge Impact started working mostly from home or from where it was the easiest for people to arrange. The temporary solution for the fixed office was two small rooms in Kaivoksela. However, the home base for the entire team was lacking and encounters diminished.

Spacent and Spacent’s space partner JUJU Business Campus provided Bridge Impact with a flexible and functional workplace solution, offering together a fixed office and a flexible network of workspaces.

The Spacent service allows the Bridge Impact team to use 115 coworking locations on a single platform, allowing interviews to be conducted in a professional environment and in the most functional location for the client. Flexibility for the customer and an overall good customer experience are important to Bridge Impact.

The JUJU Business Campus, on the other hand, offers Bridge Impact compact facilities in Pitäjänmäki, with comprehensive services and benefits (incl. gym, parking).

“The process of finding the right space and deploying Spacent was incredibly smooth – two weeks after the first call we had the contracts signed, the move to new premises underway and the Spacent App running. It was great that the cooperation with the two parties (Spacent and the JUJU Business Campus) was open and flexible, and the needs of Bridge Impact were taken into account to find the best solution,” says Kari Paananen, CEO of Bridge Impact.

“A big recommendation for the service as a whole, we have received extremely good customer service from Spacent.”

“Starting to use the Spacent service was really simple and the app is good looking and easy to use. A big recommendation for the service as a whole, we have received extremely good customer service from Spacent and got a solution that suits our needs.”

The Spacent service is an appreciated employee benefit that allows the team to save time on commuting while still using excellent working environments near their own home or the clients. Spacent’s membership, together with a fixed premises, is a functional and flexible solution for many companies that want to support teamwork and different ways of doing work.
