What are we doing?

 

Spacent provides on-demand “Work From Anywhere” space for occupiers. Spacent Membership makes the whole city your office. We have scalable technology and playbooks to expand to new markets fast in the coming 18 months. We are already live in Finland, Sweden, and Canada.

 

Occupiers use our simulation tools to customise their dynamic workplace portfolio. They manage their space using our management portal and mobile app. Spacent brings an income boost to suppliers of space and lower occupancy costs to occupiers.

 

What is your role?

 

You will be our first hire in the Swedish market. You will join the Commercial Team and will be working directly with the Founders to help grow our target addressable market and close sales from our sales pipeline. You will also have a central role in building the Swedish team for Sweden together with the founders. In your role as the Country Manager at Spacent, you will be expected to create customer commitments and being part of our sales team to generate new leads to our sales funnel.

 

The Country Manager, as a part of our sales team, is responsible for outbound sales to occupier clients. You will apply modern tools for sales and will actively develop the marketing machine that is being set up to support our sales in Finland and worldwide.

 

We are selling a product that is new to most of our clients, so good communicational skills and the ability to simplify a complex message are crucial. We are already working on three continents and we can provide opportunities to expand battle-tested methods in new markets as well.

What we are looking for:

  • Ambition and attitude for making an impact

  • 5-15 years of experience working with customers in sales or account management

  • Independency and persistent attitude towards achieving your targets

  • Hands-on but also being able to handle C-level discussions

  • You learn fast and are transparent in your work

  • Ambition to grow new talent for the team

  • Good communication skills both internally and towards clients

  • Ability to create customer commitment and close sales

  • Familiar with working with sales tools and growth hackers

  • Taking care of customer relationships and boosting sales within accounts

  • Urge to develop your skills and expand your view of the work

  • Fluency in Swedish and English

 

What you will do:

  • Sell Spacent services to corporate and SMB clients

  • Improve our sales processes constantly

  • Manage customer relationships from beginning to operational phase

  • Oversee deployment of service to our client

  • Act as a part of our sales team, including inbound and outbound marketing

  • Support content creation for outbound marketing

  • Helping to recruit our team in Sweden

  • Support our expansion playbook creation for new markets

  • Provide customer insights for the tech development team
